Being part of a large network of many young peace-seeking adults has changed my life.

Academics was very tough at the beginning, with lab reports, Internal Assessments, textual analysis, blah blah blah..... I felt that I wouldn't be able to get the IB diploma. Halfway through the first term I realized (with the help from my co-years, UWCTL alumni, teachers and classmates) that aside from academics UWC strives to create a utopia world where there is peace, understanding, tolerance, and all those lovely things that we can ever dream of. What better way to do that than gathering and educating people from 80+ countries to create a UNITED WORLD. That's what really made me UWC.

Hong Kong is also amazing and I feel that it is my second home because of all the friends I made ("Friendships across the world make near neighbors of far horizons", Wang Bo) , I have a million things to say about UWC and LPC in particular but it would be better if you experience it yourself.

Word of advice: APPLY TO UWC!!!!
