Eligibility Criteria: 

• A Timorese citizen
• Twelfth grade student or a graduated student (must be a first-time applicant)  from any Senior High School in Timor-Leste;
• Age between 16 and 18 years old by the time commencing study at UWC (August 1, 2025);
• Have studied for, at least, the past two (2) consecutive years of high school in Timor-Leste; and
• Possess leadership skills and actively involved in community services.
